Developmental Wall Climbing

    Group sessions:

Story-Based Developmental Climbing – Special Education-Focused Developmental Climbing

In Story-Based Developmental Climbing, children discover the world of the climbing wall through stories and playful adventures. During sessions, movement and imagination come together: children become fairytale characters while completing various movement tasks on the wall and in the space. These special education-inspired sessions support the development of movement coordination and body awareness in a playful, experience-based format, while cognitive skills, communication, and cooperation are also strengthened. The stories help children experience the joy of movement and the growth of their own abilities in a motivated, safe, and supportive environment.

    Individual:

In individual climbing sessions, the development is fully tailored to the specific needs of the child. We use the climbing wall with personalised tasks to support the areas that need development. Sessions are led by a special education teacher or physiotherapist, depending on the type of support the participant requires.
